You sell stationary, business cards, etc... on these two sites

I did notice that on neither site can I find anything in regards to a "privacy policy", terms of service, location of business, nada...?
A few hints...

The pop up window is annoying... and has no content.

The email collection box is a traffic leak and as an affiliate I would not get credited for any sales generated.

And the outbound link to Netgains | Website Development Services | Software Development and Design | Business IT Support Services | Graphic Design Solutions | AutoCAD Drafting | Architectural CAD Drafting Outsourcing I would remove... people are less inclined to buy your products as they are lead to an Indian outsourcing site...
