For a limited time while I have little work, I am offering free web design to small business. If you are looking for a small business website, up to 5 pages then I can do this free. You will need to provide your own top-level domain name and hosting, although I can offer you both for £69.50 a year if you want. In return for my services, I would link to place a permanent text link on your website.
I cannot help you for free if you require a cms, ecommerce, or custom development as this takes too much of my time. If you are looking for a larger website or any of the above then I would have to charge you for my time. See below for my paid services.
