For first time buys, I only buy in 3 month blocks unless we're talking PR8 (in some PR7 cases) then it's 1 month. Please see the price chart below, if your asking price exceeds my max, please do NOT PM me:
PR3 = $2 - $5 PER Quarter (3 months)
PR4 = $6 - $11 PER Quarter (3 months)
PR5 = $12 - $21 PER Quarter (3 months)
PR6 = $22 - $50 PER Quarter (3 months)
PR7 = $51 - $150 PER Quarter (3 months)
PR8 = $150 - $175 PER month (1 month) - I only do monthly for PR8's++
What I pay is will be based on a number of factors, here are some of them.
1) I pay a bit more for webmaster related resources.
2) Age of the site
3) Amount of back-links and saturation in google and yahoo
4) Original content sites
5) Number of outbound of follows already on the site
6) I prefer to buy in bulk, if you have multiple sites on different IP's I am more likely to purchase more links from you.
7) I do not buy any links Adult, Casinos or RX.
