Even though the whole world economy is in a deep recession financially, there are products that you can promote that will continue to bring in your revshare. Besides necessities for living (food,etc) people with money to spend will still spend on "feel good" products. When I say "feel good" I mean those products and services that the general consumer will always find money for, like personal care, status symbols (clothes, newest cellphone, staying online and entertainment).

The son of my ex-wife, a 21 yo young man, just started a business on e-bay. He has 10 positive comments, not many. However, in 2 days he made around 90 $ in 2 cell phone sales via a drop shipper. Surprised me. Well, e-bay is not a option for me at the moment. Though drop shipping seems to be profitable?

I never did any drop shipping websites or offered such services, but there quite a few who do and depending on the product and demand some do very well.
